High Switching Frequency: The switching frequency is 1MHz, which can improve the efficiency of the power conversion and reduce the size of passive components, making the power module more compact.
Good Thermal Stability: It can work in the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, with good thermal stability, ensuring the normal operation of the device in different temperature environments.
