• Wide – range Input and Output: It has an input voltage range of 4V to 60V and an output voltage range of 0V to 60V. It can regulate the LED current from an input voltage that is above, below, or equal to the output voltage, and can drive a single – string LED at up to 1.5A and 50V.
• Efficient Conversion: The chip adopts a 4 – switch single – inductor architecture and synchronous switching technology, with an efficiency of up to 98%.
• Accurate Current Regulation: It can achieve ± 4% LED current accuracy when the sensing resistor is on the high side, and has better accuracy when the sensing resistor is on the low side.
• Dimming Function: It supports PWM dimming through an external PWM signal, and can also perform analog dimming through the control voltage on the CTRL pin.
• Fault Protection: It provides open – circuit and short – circuit protection for LEDs, and can detect fault conditions and take corresponding actions such as retrying, latching off, or keeping running.
• Low – EMI Design: It has EMI – friendly features such as optimized layout, spread – spectrum modulation (SSFM), and an input EMI filter. The SSFM can be enabled and disabled by a simple jumper. The chip can also operate in an internal ± 15% triangular spread – spectrum mode to achieve low EMI.
