I was invited to visit a 50,000 sq.m intelligent factory in Shenzhen a few days ago, and I was blown away the entire time! This is definitely a “hidden gem factory” deeply rooted in the AI field. It’s incredibly low-key, yet it manufactures many AI hit products on the market. I just have to share this amazing find with everyone!
Rock-Solid Strength: 10 Years of AI Expertise, Qualifications and Production Capacity in Full Swing
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, this factory is a total “powerhouse enterprise” — it holds the titles of National High-Tech Enterprise, Shenzhen-level Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and Innovative Enterprise, and even a Little Giant Enterprise (a prestigious recognition for specialized, sophisticated, unique and innovative firms).
Its core focus is on the OEM/ODM manufacturing of intelligent robots. It has built four major robot production lines covering education, virtual services, elderly care and pet care, with products exported to more than 20 countries worldwide. Today, it achieves an annual production and sales volume of millions of robots, with an annual output value of hundreds of millions of yuan — its strength is plain to see!
The team setup is equally impressive: it currently has over 800 employees, including a dedicated R&D team of 150 people, with R&D investment accounting for 20% of annual revenue! It has applied for more than 100 patents in total, and in 2025 alone, it added 3 invention patents covering visual document analysis, dynamic knowledge distillation and other cutting-edge technologies, fully demonstrating its high technological value.

Stepping into the factory, the most immediate impression is its “high-tech vibe”: there are 120 injection molding machines alone, each priced equivalent to a house in second- and third-tier cities, and all of them are imported equipment. The investment in just this part is enough to show the enterprise’s strong financial and technical strength.
In the mold workshop, a comment from the person in charge left a deep impression on me: “Only good molds can produce good products.” From core components to finished product assembly, the whole process is under refined and strict control — this is the key reason why they can create hit products.
