• Storage Function: It provides 4Gb of storage capacity, which can be used to store various types of data, such as the operating system, application programs, and user data in mobile devices.
• High – Speed Data Transfer: With an eMMC 5.1 interface, it supports a maximum clock frequency of 200MHz. This enables high – speed data transfer between the chip and the host device, facilitating quick installation and running of applications, as well as rapid reading and writing of data.
• Low – Power Consumption Design: The chip takes power management into account and can reduce the interface speed and clock frequency when inactive to save energy. It has a working voltage range of 2.7V – 3.6V, which is suitable for use in mobile devices with limited power supply.
• Wide Temperature Range Operation: It can work stably in the temperature range of – 25℃ to + 85℃, and the storage temperature range is – 40℃ to + 85℃. This allows it to be used in various environments.
• Reliable Data Storage: The eMMC chip integrates a NAND flash chip and a flash controller. The controller is responsible for managing data reading and writing operations, and also includes firmware to implement communication protocols, perform bad – block management and error – correction code (ECC) functions to ensure the reliability and integrity of data storage.
