SM74LVCH16245 is a 16-bit bus transceiver with the following main functions:
• Dual-Directional Data Transmission:It can transmit data in two directions, suitable for data interaction between different devices or circuits. Data can be transmitted from port A to port B or from port B to port A.
• Direction Control:Equipped with a transmit/receive input pin (nDIR) for direction control. By setting the level of this pin, the direction of data transmission can be easily controlled.
• Output Enable Control:Features two output enable input pins (nOE) that are easy to cascade. When enabled, data output is allowed; when disabled, the output is in a high-impedance state.
• Level Conversion and Compatibility:The input can be driven by 3.3V or 5V devices, and the output is 5V tolerant, enabling data transmission and communication between systems with different voltage levels.
• Bus Hold Function:The data input has a bus hold function, eliminating the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs.
