In the process of Shenzhen’s urban planning, to commemorate the important status of Huaqiang Electronic Industry Company, a road around the factory area was named “Huaqiang Road”. This road crosses Shennan Middle Road, naturally dividing into north and south sections, becoming an important channel connecting the core urban areas and laying the foundation for the formation of “Huaqiangbei”.
