The output follows the 5 V output of a main voltage regulator with an accuracy of 0.5%. For loads up to 300 mA, the tracking accuracy is 0.2%, and the output tracking tolerance is ≤ ±0.2%.
2. High Current Output: The output can drive loads of up to 400 mA, which can meet the power supply requirements of many components.
3. Enable Function: It can be switched to standby mode through the enable EN input, reducing the current consumption to a very low value, making it suitable for low-power battery applications.
4. Wide Voltage and Temperature Range: It has a wide operating voltage range of 4 V to 40 V and a wide temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C, which can adapt to various harsh working environments.
5. Protection Functions: It is equipped with output short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection and reverse polarity protection, which can improve the reliability and stability of the chip and the entire circuit.
